These terms govern your use of the Witloc Homes website and the commission process for our custom home builds. By contacting us or engaging the studio, you accept these terms. A signed project agreement always governs the specifics of any build and takes precedence where it differs from what is written here.
Witloc Homes designs and builds custom, architecturally significant residences in the Pacific Northwest. We take on a small number of commissions each year and select projects where the site and the client share our intent.
Submitting the inquiry form begins a conversation, not a contract. A commission begins only when both parties sign a project agreement that sets out scope, schedule, and price. Until then, either party may decline to proceed.
All plans, drawings, renderings, and specifications produced by the studio remain the property of Witloc Homes until full payment is received. They are prepared for a specific site and project and may not be reused, copied, or built elsewhere without written permission.
Prices shown on this site are illustrative and do not constitute an offer. Each build is priced individually in the project agreement, which sets out the payment schedule tied to milestones. Work proceeds according to the payment terms in that agreement.
The investor portal describes development opportunities in summary form. Figures such as projected returns are estimates, not guarantees. Investment decisions should be made on the basis of full underwriting packages, which are provided to investor partners under separate agreement.
Construction warranties are provided as set out in each project agreement and as required by applicable law. This website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not guarantee that every detail is without error.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Witloc Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for any build is limited to the terms of the signed project agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date shown above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Washington.
