We are a small studio, and we collect only the information we need to respond to your inquiry, move a commission forward, and keep our investor partners informed. This policy explains what we gather, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the name, email, location, project description, and timeline you provide. If you become a client or investor, we may also collect property details, financial references, and correspondence needed to carry out the project.
We do not sell personal information. We do not purchase contact lists. Everything we hold comes directly from you or from the work we do together.
How we use your information
We use what you share to:

Sharing and service providers
We share information only with the people and firms needed to do the work — architects, engineers, title companies, and lenders acting on a specific project. Some tools we use (email hosting, file storage, analytics) process data on our behalf under provider privacy terms. None of them may use your information for their own purposes.
Data retention
We keep inquiry submissions for as long as a project remains active or a conversation is ongoing. If you ask us not to continue, we remove your details from active use. Project and financial records are retained for the period required by law.
Security
Access is limited to the studio team and the partners on a given project. We rely on reputable, encrypted hosting for email and files. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we give our own drawings.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within thirty days. Where we are legally required to keep certain records, we will retain those and delete the rest.
